Access to IPLC Service We have our point of presence in 23 locations across the country from where IPLC services can be provided to you through our international gateway. Our IPLC services are available as half circuits. The other half of the circuit refers to the distant end carrier, which will carry traffic to the destination address as provided by you while subscribing to the service. IPLC services are available for speeds ranging from 64 Kbps to 155 Mbps. We also offer managed IPLC where end-to-end manageability of the circuit is available. This ensures quick fault identification, which facilitates restoration of the service at the earliest. This type of service is currently available with SingTel only. This service is designed for ISPs and resellers whose requirement for internet bandwidth is a mix of domestic and international traffic. This service is available in two types: 1:4 compression and 1:2 compression. The aggregate international traffic is limited based on the chosen compression plan.
